What's happening
We’ll be undertaking drainage and lighting installation, asphalt and line marking works on Main South Road and Aldinga Beach Road on Monday 20 January and Tuesday 21 January 2025 between the hours of 6pm and 7am.
How this affects you
Main South Road (between Aldinga Road and Hart Road) and Aldinga Beach Road (between Main South Road and How Road) will be temporarily closed for night works from Monday 20 January until Tuesday 21 January 2025. Works will be undertaken between 6pm and 7am, with both roads reopening at 7am in the morning.
During this time, a detour via Aldinga Road, Plains Road and Hahn Road for motorists travelling north and south will be in place. Access to Aldinga Beach will be via Port Road, Quinliven Road and How Road. Please see map overleaf for more information.
Some noise disturbances can be expected, but we’ll try to keep them to a minimum. Please follow traffic management directions while work is in progress. In addition, we will contact you if the work may directly impact your property, however, local and emergency access will be maintained.
Adverse weather may impact our works, but we’ll keep you updated via this website.
