What's happening
We’re continuing to construct the new southbound carriageway of Main South Road, and changes to intersections are required.
How this affects you
From 7pm Wednesday 27 August, the intersection of Rogers Road and Main South Road will reopen. The intersection will open in its final configuration, with only left turn in and left turn out movements permitted. At the same time, the intersection of Hahn Road and Main South Road will be temporarily closed at all times for approximately 8 weeks.
During this time, a detour for all traffic will be in place via Aldinga Road and Plains Road. Please see detour map below.
Some noise disturbance can be expected, but we’ll try to keep these disturbances to a minimum. Please follow traffic management signage. We will contact you if the work may directly impact your property, however, local access will be maintained.
Adverse weather may impact our works, but we’ll keep you updated via our website.
