What’s happening
Works are being carried out ahead of opening the new southbound on and off ramps at the Aldinga Interchange. Due to weather impacts the new southbound on and off ramps at Aldinga will now open during week commencing Monday 29 September 2025. How this affects you
The Port Road on-ramp will be temporarily closed, 24 hours a day, from 7am Monday 29 September 2025 until 7am Monday 13 October 2025, weather permitting, to safely undertake these works.
During this temporary closure, all southbound traffic from Port Road will be access Main South Road via How Road and Aldinga Beach Road. Please see map below for more information.
Access to Stonehouse Lane will be via the soon-to-be completed link road, from Aldinga Road. Signage will be in place to guide you. Please follow traffic management directions while work is in progress. Some noise disturbance can be expected, but we’ll try to keep these disturbances to a minimum.
